Tegen gain their ISO certification for another three years!

When customers put their IT management and the maintenance of their IT systems into the hands of a third party what would they be looking for?

  • How would they know that the outsourced IT provider can effectively look after their IT, the backbone of their business?
  • How would they know if the provider securely handles sensitive information and data?
  • How would they know if that provider is robust and has suitable business continuity plans to continue their services should they suffer a major outage or disaster?

Just three of the high level questions that would be going through any business owner or senior manager's mind when choosing an outsourced IT provider.
