Tegen work with a number of customers in the retail sector and have been involved in designing and implementing nationwide networks together with installing and supporting third party electronic point of sale systems (EPoS).

Tegen have a close strategic partnership with Advanced Retail Technologies (ART) who is a UK based innovative EPoS provider. ART have the same high levels of service and business ethics as Tegen. They have been working in the retail sector for many years meeting the needs of growing multiple retailers with high quality touchscreen  EPoS systems.

ART has designed and developed the Traxs suite of multi-site, multi-channel products specifically to meet the needs of forward-thinking and growing retailers.

Together with ART, Tegen have worked on a number of retail projects including helping a major retailer grow from 12 stores up to 70 within a 2 year period.

We have expertise in setting up secure, complex and seemless wireless networks in warehousing and distribution centres.

Tegen can engage with any retailer providing them with fully integrated IT, network and hardware support for their entire IT infrastructure including hardware maintenance on Epson, IBM and DigiPos retailing systems.
