What is ad hoc support? Ad hoc support is pre-arranged support providing services as and when you need them.
Generally this level of support is geared for businesses that do not require any service level agreement and only require additional staffing levels to assist with certain IT projects, to cater for gaps during busy periods or to cover staff whilst on holiday.
