Historically, Tegen have never re-branded or resold Internet connectivity services mainly because we did not want to portray ourselves as an ISP. We partnered with leading ISP's so that we could ensure that our clients could provision their Internet services with providers that are top of the chain for business grade broadband and Ethernet products with delivery of high end product support. The relationship between the client and the internet service provider was direct.
Tegen have changed our position on this for a number of compelling reasons. The major driver was that we were finding there were still gaps when managing faults with the provider. We now offer to our clients that one call to us is all they need to manage these issues. No more calls direct to the provider, no more confusion as to who to call when services go down be it the IT support company or the Internet service provider. In essence we have plugged the gap.
We were cautious on choosing the ISP to partner with and buy wholesale from.
